Refund policy
Our pneumatic slicers are built in our shop in Orangevale, CA and are fully tested before we ship them and we guarantee that you will get a solid build. The only reason your machine wouldn't work properly is if it was terribly damaged during transport. We bubble wrap and double box the slicers to ensure that nothing is bent or broken during shipment. You shouldn't see any damage to the inner box when unpacking. If you do, please take a picture of the inner box and machine and send it to us so we can file a claim with Fedex or UPS if need be. The machines are made from stainless steel and are robust so they should be able to survive a good amount of abuse from the shippers. We do not offer returns because we don't see any reason why anyone would want to return the slicer. We do not sell used machines and wouldn't be able to re-sell a returned item and would have to discard it if it were returned. The machines are safe, powerful, and work just like they do in the videos and we are positive that they will help you a tun with your workload and that We you will love them.
